Dea
Dea was born in April 1971 and created Colour-Ize in 2001. Sometimes a little chaotic but generally she is pretty good in planning and organizing! :o)
Originally coming from Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia she grew up in the Swabian - Baden German federal state border area. Not so much time ago she was still living close to Aschaffenburg (in Bavaria) but moved to Germany’s federal state Hesse. Dea is laughing a lot and likes having fun (except when she is tired)! Most important to her are good friends, good music, enough sleep, an interesting hobby, punctuality and reliability!
She already knows the music of Deine Lakaien since the release of “Colour-Ize” on the “Zillo German Mystic Sound Sample I” (probably 1990). And she still likes DL a lot!!!
Every day she is taking care about one of the most important things in her life: her Pony. Or she is spending time in front of her computer, or whatever…
Dea is responsible for almost everything!
Queeny
also has a “real” name and is coming from a small city in Germany’s North Rhine-Westphalia.
In 1992 she saw Deine Lakaien live for the first time, and she was very impressed.
Since she saw this concert in 1992, she started collecting all DL releases… and she is still doing that.
Queeny is part of the Colour-Ize Team, since February 2004. She passed successfully a professional training as technical design assistant and digital media designer, so her first task was to start working on the new design of the Colour-Ize magazine “In-Sight Fanzine”.
Queeny is working on the Colour-Ize design, text and layout.
Her hobbies are painting, drawing, airbrush techniques, computer graphics and modeling. (See: Queenys Website )
She is interested in Science Fiction and Fantasy, she loves meeting her friends… and if she does not stop talking about her hobbies now, then this short description will never be finished. ;-)
Heike
Is coming from East Frisia (area in the north-west of Germany) and after two short stays in Ireland and France she is back in Germany.
Heike loves listening music that is why it is almost impossible to catch her without earphones. ;-) Her passion for languages became her job (English French German translations) and every minute of her spare time she is spending in painting and photo editing.
Already since 1990 she is listening to the music of Deine Lakaien. She saw them live in 1996 in Wilhelmshaven for the first time, and she is expanding her collection of DL releases continuously and loves visiting DL concerts.
Heike is working for Colour-Ize since March 2006. She is responsible for news and translations.
Sarah Lena
TRANSLATIONS FOR SARAH LENA AND DANIELA ARE IN PROGRESS!!! :o)
wurde 1985 in Gelnhausen (Hessen) geboren. Bis zu ihrem 12/13. Lebensjahr lebte sie in Deutschland, und ist dann nach Spanien übergesiedelt.
Auch wenn es anfangs nicht einfach war, sich in einem neuen Land mit einer, bis zu jenem Zeitpunkt für sie noch unbekannten Kultur und Sprache,zurechtzufinden, so hatte sie in dieser Hinsicht Glück schnell Anschluss zu finden und den Reiz dieses Landes für sich zu entdecken.
Nachdem sie Schulabschluss und Abitur hinter sich gebracht hat, studiert sie jetzt in Barcelona Übersetzung und träumt davon eines Tages mal Dolmetscherin zu werden und wieder nach Deutschland zu ziehen.
Abgesehen von Ihrer Lieblingsbeschäftigung, sich den ganzen Tag unentwegt den Kopf mit Musik voll dröhnen zu lassen, verbringt sie die Wochenenden meist bei ihrer Familie und genießt die Bergnatur in vollen Zügen in Beisein ihres Pferdes.
Deine Lakaien hat sie das erste Mal 1998 gehört und arbeitet seit April 2007 für Colour-Ize. Sarah Lena ist für alles was uns spanisch vorkommt zuständig. ;-)
Außerdem übersetzt und hilft sie auch bei allen anderen anfallenden Arbeiten.
Daniela
kommt aus dem grünen Sauerland, wo sie auch Deine Lakaien 1992 zum ersten Mal live gesehen hat. Es war schnell klar, dass es nicht bei einem Konzert bleiben würde…
Allerdings hört sie auch gern jede Menge Musik von anderen Künstlern verschiedenster Art.
In ihrer Freizeit mag sie es, Touren mit ihrem Mountainbike zu unternehmen, die eher durch die ruhige Landschaft führen als über mit Autos befahrene Straßen. Außerdem trifft sie sich gern mit ihren Freunden. Bei allen Freizeitaktivitäten hat sie meist ihre kleine Digitalkamera dabei.
Zum Colour-Ize Team, gehört sie seit April 2007. Hier ist sie zuständig für das Archiv.
